Export Or Email Reports


Many reports in Logaholic can be exported to a CSV file, sent via email or displayed in a printer friendly format. To access these functions click the icons in the top right corner of a report.

CSV Export:

To export a report to a CSV format, simply click the CSV Export icon and you will be prompted to download the .csv file to you disk.

Exporting a report to CSV (Comma Separated Values) format allows you to import information from Logaholic into any Spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel

Note: You can also access reports in XML format

Send via Email:

To send a report via Email, click the Send Email icon. You will be prompted to enter the "from" and "to" email addresses and an optional message. You will always receive a copy of the email that is sent.

Email features only work if your logaholic directory is password protected and if your PHP is configured for sending email. This is usually no problem on Linux/Unix machines, but can be problematic on Windows machines. Check the PHP manual for more information.

Note: This feature is intended for ad hoc sending of reports. If you want to send reports via email on a regular, automated basis, please check out the Email Alerts feature.

Print Report:

Just click the printer icon and a new window or tab will open with a printer friendly version of the report.
