Logaholic 3.0 has been available for a while, but we’re happy to announce this major new version is now out of beta and officially released.

Logaholic Web Analytics is now FREE!

This release also marks the official launch of Logaholic’s Free version. You can now download and use Logaholic without restrictions on one website completely for free. Analyzing more than one website with the same installation still requires a purchased license. We’ve also changed the default feature set and pricing.

Introducing the Report Store

We’re also happy to announce the Logaholic Report Store. The Report Store makes it really easy to extend the functionality of your Logaholic into the realms of Social Media, e-Commerce and beyond.

When you’ve installed the new Logaholic 3.0 version, you can go to the Report Store and choose from a growing list of ‘plug-in’ reports and features (currently over 50). In just a few clicks you’ll be able to add Facebook analytics, a Survey system or Opencart commerce reports to a Logaholic profile, to name just a few.

Additional reports in the Reports Store are available from as low as $2.60 per report/profile. This means you can put together your ultimate web analytics tool, containing exactly the information you need for your website, for a very low price.

Our Goal: One Dashboard

Logaholic 3.0 is a major step towards our goal of providing a unified reporting platform for all your web analytics data. Nowadays, online businesses have important information scattered all over the web; apart from your web site, you might have a Youtube channel, a online shop, a Facebook business page or some custom web application. The amount of time and effort required to manually gather, analyze and combine all these strategic information sources is an ever growing problem.

With Logaholic 3.0 you simply pull-in all essential information into one powerful dashboard screen and gain fast and easy to understand insights on all your online efforts. Why not start today!

Please let us know what you think, your feedback is always very much appreciated.

Happy Analyzing!

Dear Customer,

Recently we’ve changed our product lineup and introduced some exciting new features.

Since we’ve also changed the pricing and license configurations we wanted to let you know exactly what has changed and how this affects you as a current customer.

What has changed?

The old Self Hosted Edition (SHE) and Service Provider Edition (SPE) licenses have been discontinued. This means we won’t sell any new licenses or upgrades in those configurations, but we will of course continue to support and update the software in it’s original configuration for current customers for as long as needed to fulfill the running contracts.

So if you’ve just purchased, upgraded or extended your access to updates, don’t worry, nothing changes for you.

In place of the old licenses we’ve introduced a “new” Self Hosted Edition, which can be purchased on a per profile basis and contains all the features that were previously available in the Service Provider Edition. However, the new license contains less reports by default than the old SHE/SPE licenses.

We have made our price structure more competitive by allowing you to pay only for the amount of profiles and the features your need. Plus, Logaholic is now completely free if you only use one website profile!

Logaholic Report Store:

We’ve been adding many new reports features lately and decided to make these reports available individually, rather than putting them all together in a few huge packages. For this reason, we’ve introduced the Logaholic Report Store. The report store makes it really easy to extend your Logaholic profiles with even more features, like time based split testing, surveys, facebook stats or one of the many more reports we’ve been working on.

Downloading Updates:

Since you have an “old” license, it’s important to get the right version when you update Logaholic, or you’ll be missing a few reports.

So please always download the software from the location on your order history page: http://www.logaholic.com/order/account_history.php

Purchasing Updates:

If you have not upgraded to Logaholic 3.0 yet, we recommend you check out the new version as it offers many improvements over Logaholic 2.0.

If your access to updates has expired, you can purchase a new license with a 40% discount by using the upgrade code displayed on your order history page.

Finally, we would like to thank you for your business in the past. We hope you’ll continue to use Logaholic in the future and try out some of our new features. If you want to give the Report Store a try, you’ll receive 20% discount if you use the Discount code “intro” in the store!

If you have any questions whatsoever, please let us know.
