I simple don't understand why these two numbers are so different per day. Who is all the other traffic if not a Visitor? One day it says for example All traffic unique visitors 53 then on the Visitors per day it says Unique Visitors 12 for the same DAY? Which is it did I have 53 people visit that day or 12?

Answer:

Hello Randy, On the internet there is a lot of automated traffic often referred to as bots and spiders. We do our best to filter these out of your data to get more information about your human traffic. The Visitors per day report shows the data which we filtered as human traffic and exclude the others. All Traffic per day report shows you the human traffic and the automated traffic all together. When comparing these two you can clearly see if your site is indeed more used by normal visitors or if it is being used more by spammers or bots.
