I got a 'Permission denied' when installing Logaholic. How the do fix this?

Answer:

Logaholic needs to store configuration data, in the "files" folder of your Logaholic directory, thus you will have to allow write permission to the "files" folder, in the Logaholic directory on your Web Server.

Most FTP clients make it possible to change the file permissions. That can be done in the command line, with the command chmod or with some clicks in the GUI (Graphical User Interface) of your FTP program. Below you will find explaination on how to change file persmissions with the most popular Ftp clients.

FTP programs:

CuteFTP | Voyager FTP | Leech FTP | Total Commander (Windows Commander) | WS FTP
