I upgraded Drupal to the latest version and Logaholic does not work any more. ISP says everything is OK. If I hover over the HELP link I see this: You are using Logaholic cPanel edition version 2.9.1 with PHP version 5.3.17 and database mySQL version 5.1.68 Please contact me for more info. Site is hosted at prasicek.si Thank you and regards from Slovenia, Saso

Answer:

Hi, I don't think upgrading Drupal is related to your problem with logaholic. What exactly is the problem? Are you getting an error message in Logaholic or are your stats no longer updating?

Answer:

On cpanel, you can try the following if your stats have stopped updating: 1. Log in to cpanel 2. Click the Logaholic icon. 3. Click on the Summary Reports Tab. 4. In the URL that is now in your browser address bar, change "index.php" to "update.php", leave everything else as it is and press enter. If my guess is correct, you will get a message saying than an update is still running or has crashed. 5. Click the 'Reset Status and Continue' button. On the next screen you will get a security message that you are not allowed to continue but that's ok, just ignore that. The next time your logs get processed by the scheduled task in cpanel you should see your Logaholic stats get updated again too. You might have to wait 24 hours before you see any results though (depending on the schedule your hosting provider has set for stats processing) I hope this helps, if not please let me know.
The information on this page relates to older Logaholic versions (prior to Logaholic 6) and may be outdated.
