The files/global.php file is missing in 3.0.5 download?

Set files directory to 777, others to 755. Receive 403 error when I navigate to install.php. Checked files directory: there's only an empty index.html file there. What am I not understanding?

Answer:

Hi, The global.php is created automatically in the files directory after you finsished the installation steps, but this does not have anything to do with the 403 error. If you have a .htaccess file in your Logaholic directory please remove it and try again. If that does not work please let us know if you use Apache or IIS and if possible send us the link of your installation. You can email this to us on support@logaholic.com.
It was my main .htaccess file, had firewall rules which I disabled. Then installed with no problem. Thank you!
