If you get lost anywhere - return to the Homepage, the top item in the nav menu. This often helps if a page edit gets jammed.

As soon as you have created a page link, go to that page and enter some filler text - such as tbc, or to be completed. If you don't do this, the page can sometimes get locked and even entering the password cannot unlock it.
