In Web analytics content refers to pages, as this is how the popularity the information on your site can be measured in statistics. The popular content summaries contain statistics about the pages visited on your site.
Top pages report: This report is a list of the pages that were most viewed by human visitors.It displays the number of visitors each page has gained over a certain timeframe and how many times the page has been viewed.
Top pages details report: As the name implies, this is a more detailed version of the top pages report. It contains the unique Ids ( basically the Ids of authenticated users on your site) per page, the times a page was viewed by humans and the percentage of crawler views of the page.
Top entry pages: Displays the top entry pages ( first page requested by a visitor on your site) and the number of visitors for whom this was a top entry page.
Top exit pages: Displays the top exit pages ( the last page a visitor requsted on your site) and the number of visitors for whocm this was a top exit page.
Top click paths: This report displays the most popular sequences of pages viewed by visitors on your site and the number of times a visitor used this path. It would be wiser to use this report in a combination with the Page Analysis report and the Visual mode, because it is hard to define the click paths that lead to higher conversion rates.
Internal site search: If you have a “Search” option on your website this report is very useful because it displays the keywords used by visitors on your site. It will provide you with more insight into what they are looking for once they are on your site. In order to set up this report you need to enter a Search page in the empty field provided so that you can define which page and parameter on your website handles internal search queries.
