Installation
Download the apropriate Logaholic Download file and follow the steps in the side menu on the left.
In essence Logaholic is platform independent, however each platform requires it's own particular configuration, in order to install and run Logaholic.
Please note, three major plaform catagories are distinguished;
- "LAMP" server (Linux-Apache-MySQL-Php)
- "WAMP/WIMP" server (Windows-Apache-MySQL-Php/Windows- IIS -MySQL-Php).
- "Mac O SX" server, fitted with MySQL and PHP.
If your not sure of your platform please ask your system administrator or hosting service.
If the adres of your webpages contains .asp, .net and/or .aspx file extentions in the URL; your site is Hosted on Windows.
Installation options/versions
Logaholic Self Hosted Edition (SHE)
This is the server edition of Logaholic, needs a Web Server, a webserver log file or the supplied tracker code to be copied into the web pages.
Logaholic Service Provider Edition (SPE)
Has the same features and requirements as SHE though has a user management section. This enables an operator to create multiple user accounts that will have their own secured profile(s) Web environment.
Desktop version
This a Windows version of Logaholic, has a setup wizzard works stand alone and requires no other software.
Due to the fact that this is a off line version it has some limitations.
Logaholic Live
This is Logaholic as a service no need for software installation.
Just place some Tracker Code in your web pages and your ready to start Analyzing your web pages.
